Ready to Make an Offer?
No agents. No bidding wars. No complicated process. Here's exactly how this works.
The Process
Reach Out
Text or call 832-563-4915. Text is preferred — just introduce yourself and say you're interested in the business. Keep it simple.
Have a Real Conversation
Phone or in person — your choice. Ask questions, get straight answers. There's no sales pitch and no pressure. This is a direct, honest conversation between buyer and seller.
Review the Assets In Person
Schedule a time to come to the South Houston area and see everything firsthand. Inspect the inventory, materials, tools, equipment, and show setup. Touch it, count it, assess it.
Make an Offer
The asking price is $20,000, and the seller is open to reasonable offers. No games, no back-and-forth through third parties. Just a direct conversation about price.
Sign a Purchase Agreement
A simple agreement covering what assets are included, the agreed price, and the training commitment. Nothing complicated — just clear terms both parties agree to.
Payment and Transfer
Assets transfer to you, and training begins. You walk away with everything you need to start operating the business.
What You're Walking Away With
- $20,000 in raw materials — wire, stones, beads, findings
- Finished jewelry inventory — ready to sell immediately
- Complete tool set — everything needed to make jewelry
- Full show setup — 2 tents, 15 tables, 8x24 ft backdrop, displays
- Seller training — techniques, operations, business processes
- Wholesale relationships — boutique and retail connections
- 12+ years of business knowledge — shows, customers, strategy
What Does Not Transfer
The brand name "Bar M Designs" and the current website do not transfer with the sale. You'll create your own brand and online presence. The physical assets, training, and relationships are what transfer.
Seller's Commitment
The seller is serious about making this a real transition — not a dump-and-run. Training is included, questions are welcome after the sale, and the goal is to set the next owner up for success. If you want to learn, she'll teach you.
Don't Wait Too Long
This listing won't be up indefinitely. The seller is actively looking for the right buyer, and once it's sold, it's gone.
One buyer. One deal. First serious offer wins.
