Is This Right for You?
Not every buyer is the right fit — and that's okay. Here's how to know if this opportunity lines up with what you're looking for.
Who We're Looking For
Jewelry Makers
You already make jewelry and want to skip the startup grind — step into an established operation with inventory, tools, and a show-ready setup on day one.
Creative Entrepreneurs
You want a hands-on business with real products and real margins. You're not afraid of craft shows, wholesale outreach, or getting your hands dirty.
Investors & Small Business Buyers
You're looking for a small business acquisition in the handmade/artisan market — a real asset package with a proven track record and growth potential.
New to Jewelry, But Committed
You don't have jewelry experience yet — but you're willing to learn and put in the work. Training is included, and the seller is serious about teaching.
What we're not looking for: window shoppers. This is a real business sale with a real transition process. Serious inquiries only.
What the Transition Looks Like
Training is included with the purchase. The seller will work with you across three key areas to make sure you're set up to succeed.
Jewelry Making
- Wire wrapping techniques
- Beadwork and stringing
- Mixed-media jewelry construction
- Material sourcing and suppliers
- Pricing finished pieces
Show Operations
- Which shows work (and which don't)
- Booth setup and display layout
- Pricing strategy: show vs wholesale vs online
- Show logistics and preparation
- Customer engagement at events
Business Processes
- Inventory management
- Supplier relationships and accounts
- Wholesale account management
- Customer communication
- Day-to-day business operations
What You'll Need to Bring
A New Business Name
The seller is retaining the Bar M Designs brand. You'll operate under your own name — a fresh start with a proven foundation.
Time and Hands
This is a hands-on, maker-based business. It requires real time at the bench and real time at shows. It's rewarding work — but it is work.
Startup Operating Capital
Beyond the $20,000 purchase price, you'll want operating capital for show fees, travel, additional supplies, and business setup costs. Plan accordingly.
Ability to Pick Up In Person
Assets must be picked up in the South Houston area. This is a large physical transfer — tents, tables, inventory, tools, and supplies. Shipping is not an option.
Willingness to Learn
Whether you're experienced or brand new, the training is there. But you have to show up ready to absorb it and put it into practice.
See It Before You Buy
In-person viewing is available by appointment in the South Houston area. You'll see the full inventory, tools, show equipment, and supplies — everything that's included in the sale.
No pressure, no commitment required for a viewing. Come see what you'd be getting.
Purchase Process
Straightforward, no middlemen, no brokers. Here's how it works.
- Initial Inquiry
- Conversation
- Asset Review
- Offer & Agreement
- Transition
Initial Inquiry
Reach out by phone or text. Let us know you're interested and we'll take it from there.
Conversation
Phone call or in-person meeting to discuss the business, your background, and whether it's a good fit for both sides.
In-Person Asset Review
Come see everything in person — inventory, tools, show equipment, supplies. Ask questions, take your time.
Offer & Agreement
If it's a fit, we'll agree on terms and put it in writing. Simple and direct.
Transition
Asset transfer, payment, and training. You walk away with everything you need to start operating.
"I've put a lot of myself into this business. I want whoever takes it over to actually succeed with it — not just buy it and let it sit. That's why training is included, and that's why I'm being selective. If you're serious and willing to learn, I'll make sure you're ready."
